The house
This 130 m² house on two levels offers 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 sofa bed, 2 equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, plus 2 terraces including one with an open view over the Étang de Berre, on 1,300 m² of grounds.
The house was carefully decorated by craftsmen using high-quality materials. Enjoy a plancha grill for outdoor meals, plenty of private parking right by the entrance and direct access to the hills for walks or a morning run.
From 1 July to the end of August, the owners leave their main residence and give guests the use of all outdoor spaces: the large terrace and the pool (8 × 4 m). You enjoy these spaces in complete peace.

How many people can the house sleep?
6 people comfortably: 3 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed. Two independent levels, each with its own kitchen, living room and bathroom.
Is the pool private?
Yes. From July to the end of August the owners leave the main house and guests have exclusive use of the 8 × 4 m pool, the large terrace and all outdoor areas.
When is it available and at what price?
The house is rented in July and August by the week, from €2,000 to €3,000 depending on the dates, plus €90 for end-of-stay cleaning. Check-in from 3 pm. Book direct to avoid platform fees.
What is there to do around La Fare-les-Oliviers?
Aix-en-Provence 20 min, Marseille 35 min, Salon-de-Provence 15 min, calanques and beaches 45 min. Provençal markets, vineyards, Sainte-Victoire, Cassis and the Camargue within an hour.
