Mid-term stay FAQ
Minimum and maximum length of stay?
From one night. Stays from one week to several months get discounted rates: −15% from 7 nights, −35% from 30 nights. The apartment is available from September to June.
Can I get an invoice in my company's name?
Yes, we provide an invoice to your company for every stay booked direct.
Are bills and cleaning included?
Water, electricity and internet are included, linen is provided. End-of-stay cleaning is charged €50. Weekly cleaning can be added on request for long stays.
Can I arrive late in the evening?
Yes, late check-in is possible on request. We live on site and remain reachable during your stay.
