The apartment
1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 sofa bed in the living room (2 extra sleeping places), 1 bathroom + separate toilet, 1 large living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
A 10 m² balcony for sunny breakfasts or evening drinks facing the view. Air conditioning and wifi. Private parking by the entrance and direct access to the hills for walks.
You have the whole floor to yourself: bedroom, bathroom, toilet, living room with kitchen and private balcony. The house sits on 1,300 m² of grounds shared with the owners' house. We live on site and remain available during your stay.
The ground floor is occupied by another tenant, so please respect the quiet of the premises. The pool and the main house's outdoor areas are not included.
Ideal for business trips and mid-term stays
Dedicated workspace, wifi, full kitchen and linen provided: a real alternative to a hotel for an assignment in Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Vitrolles, Marignane or around the Étang de Berre. Weekly or monthly formulas on request. No washing machine in the apartment, but one can be installed for a long-term rental.

Is the apartment independent?
Yes. It takes up the whole first floor with its own entrance: bedroom, bathroom, toilet, living room with kitchen and private balcony. The owners live on site, in the main house.
What are the rates?
€90 per night, with −15% from one week (about €535) and −35% from one month (about €1,755). Bills, wifi and linen included. End-of-stay cleaning: €50.
Can I rent the apartment for several months?
Yes, from September to June, for a business assignment, a training course or a transition period. A washing machine can be installed for long stays and an invoice is provided to companies.
Is the pool available?
No, the pool and the main house's outdoor areas are not included with the apartment. You do have a 10 m² balcony with a view and direct access to the hills.
